{"id":611,"date":"2024-06-12T17:33:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T23:33:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=611"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:09:59","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:09:59","slug":"tacos-de-trompo-estilo-monterrey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/12\/tacos-de-trompo-estilo-monterrey\/","title":{"rendered":"Tacos de Trompo Estilo Monterrey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 kg de pierna de puerco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de vinagre de manzana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de barra de achiote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cucharadita de comino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de piment\u00f3n rojo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd kg de manteca de cerdo o aceite de oliva extra virgen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 manojo de cilantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cebolla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filetear muy bien la carne en capas muy delgadas para que absorba muy bien el condimento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregamos el piment\u00f3n sobre toda la carne por ambos lados. Que cubra muy bien toda la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponemos en la licuadora el vinagre de manzana, ajo, el achote y el comino y licuamos muy bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponemos la salsa de la licuadora en la carne y mezclamos muy bien para que se impregne toda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dejar la carne reposar por 2 hrs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortamos la carne en tiras muy delgadas y la mezclamos toda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doramos toda la carne en un sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva caliente o con manteca de puerco hasta que veamos que ya quedo bien dorada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentamos unas tortillas, de preferencia amarillas, en un comal impregnado con un poco de aceite y hacemos tacos con doble tortilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se hacen los tacos colocando un porci\u00f3n de carne en cada uno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al gusto se les puede poner cebolla, cilantro finamente cortado, lim\u00f3n y salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adicionalmente se pueden hacer unas gringas, calentando una tortilla de
