Fresas picadas en cubitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Zarzamoras cortadas por la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Moras azules cortadas por la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza Crema Lyncott.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cucharadas Az\u00facar morena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Crumble<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. Mantequilla fr\u00eda cortada en cubitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 gr. Az\u00facar morena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 gr. Harina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita Sal de mesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepara tu asador para un fuego medio bajo indirecto (176 \u00baC a 190 \u00baC). En un taz\u00f3n, mezcla bien las moras, fresas, crema y 5 cucharadas de az\u00facar. Col\u00f3calo en la plancha y reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para hacer el crumble: En el taz\u00f3n de la batidora, colocar la harina, az\u00facar, sal y mantequilla. Procesar a velocidad media hasta que no queden trozos de mantequilla m\u00e1s grandes que un ch\u00edcharo. Toma en la mano un pu\u00f1ado del crumble y presionarlo ligeramente para formar una &#8220;bola&#8221;. Deshacer la bola suavemente sobre las moras, espolvoreando ligeramente. Repetir hasta cubrir generosamente todas las moras. Tip: el crumble debe tener una textura similar a la de la arena mojada, debe pegarse a s\u00ed mismo al presionar, pero deshacerse con mucha facilidad. (De ah\u00ed su nombre, crumble).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asa el crumble sobre fuego medio bajo indirecto con la tapa cerrada, de 25 a 30 minutos hasta que el crumble est\u00e9 dorado. Puede salir un poco de jugo de fruta por los lados, es completamente normal y le da un toque apetitoso.
