{"id":639,"date":"2024-06-12T20:44:14","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T02:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=639"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:09:59","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:09:59","slug":"alitas-ahumadas-con-salsa-de-3-chiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/12\/alitas-ahumadas-con-salsa-de-3-chiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Alitas Ahumadas con Salsa de 3 Chiles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Kilo Alitas de pollo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pu\u00f1os Astillas de Nogal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva, sal de mar y pimienta negra molida al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salsa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 piezas Chile habanero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 piezas Chile Morita remojados en agua caliente y escurridos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 piezas Chile de Arbol seco, remojados en agua caliente y escurridos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd pieza Cebolla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas Jugo de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd taza Pure de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza Vinagre de manzana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remoja los de chips de madera de manzano en agua durante 30 minutos previo a asar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepara tu asador para fuego alto indirecto (230 \u00baC a 290 \u00baC), y precalienta la canasta para verduras por unos 10 a 15 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barniza ligeramente con aceite el chile habanero y la cebolla y asalos sobre la canasta para verduras a fuego alto directo d\u00e1ndole vuelta frecuentemente hasta tatemarlos, unos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfiere las verduras a una licuadora junto con el chile merita, el chile de \u00e1rbol, el jugo del limon, el pure de tomate y el vinagre de manzana; saz\u00f3nalo con sal y pimienta y lic\u00faalo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un taz\u00f3n mediano, agrega las alitas y saz\u00f3nalas con sal y pimienta. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurre los chips y a\u00f1\u00e1delas directamente sobre las brasas. Si estas trabajando con un asador de gas, agregalas a tu caja ahumadora y colocala sobre tu parrilla de cocci\u00f3n de 10 a 15 minutos o hasta que comience a ahumar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las alitas a fuego alto indirecto durante 25 minutos, con la tapa puesta. Transcurrido el tiempo pasalas a fuego directo y asalas durante 3 minutos m\u00e1s d\u00e1ndoles vuelta y cuidando que no se quemen.
