envolver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salsa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>champi\u00f1ones cortados en laminas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de vino tinto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla perla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de taza de crema de leche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortar el filete en ruedas de 1 \u00bd pulgadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregarle sal y pimienta al gusto de ambos lados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Envolver con el tocino y sostener con palillos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar una sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adir 2 cucharadas de aceite verde y 2 cucharadas de mantequilla para fre\u00edr 3 minutos de cada lado para obtener termine \u00be al final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirar de la sart\u00e9n y sacarle un poco de grasa dejando aproximadamente una 1 cucharada para preparar la salsa con mejor sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para la salsa picar la cebolla sofre\u00edr en el sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortamos los champi\u00f1ones en l\u00e1minas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir los champi\u00f1ones a cebolla, agregar el ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue la taza de vino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasando un minuto a\u00f1adimos la crema de leche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movemos y colocamos los filetes para terminar de cocinar en la salsa de ambos lados sin dejar secar la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seg\u00fan su gusto deje cocinar el filete termino medio, \u00be o completo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes Salsa
