Envuelve en papel aluminio con un poco de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Col\u00f3cala a fuego indirecto de 40 a 45 minutos o hasta que los dientes est\u00e9n blandos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sazona el corte con aceite, sal y pimienta al gusto. Col\u00f3calo a fuego directo 4 minutos por lado y transfiere a fuego indirecto de 5 a 7 minutos hasta que la temperatura interna del corte indique 50\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca sobre una tabla el tomillo, Romero, or\u00e9gano, perejil y jalape\u00f1o. A\u00f1ade un poco de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira tu corte del asador, colocarlo sobre la cama de hierbas, exprime el ajo encima del corte y
