{"id":713,"date":"2024-06-13T13:18:38","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:18:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=713"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:41","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:41","slug":"alitas-con-salsa-de-mango-habanero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/alitas-con-salsa-de-mango-habanero\/","title":{"rendered":"Alitas con Salsa de Mango Habanero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 \u00bd kg de alitas de pollo, limpias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Lechuga italiana deshojada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salsa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 mangos, su pulpa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Taza de az\u00facar mascabado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 o 2 Piezas de chile habanero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Lim\u00f3n, su jugo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc Cebolla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Diente de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cucharadas de Salsa Inglesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cucharadas de Jugo Sazonador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cucharadita de sal con ajo, en polvo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cucharadita de pimienta negra, molida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc Taza de agua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepara tu asador a fuego bajo indirecto (121 \u00b0C a 175 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para la salsa de mango, lic\u00faa el mango con el az\u00facar, los chiles, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, la cebolla, el ajo, la salsa inglesa, el Jugo Sazonador, la sal con ajo, la pimienta y el agua, reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las alitas al asador a fuego bajo indirecto por 25 minutos, transcurrido ese tiempo da vuelta a las alitas y asa por otros 20 minutos a fuego medio indirecto. Retira del asador y reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ba\u00f1a las alitas con la salsa de mango, mezcla y asa de 10 a 15 minutos m\u00e1s a fuego medio indirecto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirve las alitas sobre una cama de lechuga y agrega el aderezo de tu preferencia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes Salsa
