Galletas de Mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas Cacao en Polvo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gr. Mantequilla derretida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Queso crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Az\u00facar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Huevo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u00bd cucharadas Licor de menta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Chocolate de menta cortado en trozos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Chocolate semiamargo fundido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papel de hornear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Molde para Muffin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepara tu asador para fuego medio indirecto (117 \u00baC a 232 \u00baC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las galletas en un bowl y r\u00f3mpelas en peque\u00f1os trozos. A continuaci\u00f3n, echa el cacao en polvo y mezcla los ingredientes muy bien. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ade la mantequilla derretida. Mezcla todo hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ahora toma un papel para hornear y c\u00f3rtalo en tiras a lo largo. Col\u00f3calas en el fondo de cada molde de muffin, de modo que sobresalga un poco de papel por ambos lados. Ahora rellena el molde con la masa de galletas, presionando para que quede compacto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla el queso crema, el az\u00facar, el huevo y el licor de menta con una batidora. Vierte la mezcla de manera uniforme sobre la masa de galletas en el molde para muffins. Ahora m\u00e9telos durante 20 minutos al asador a fuego medio indirecto. Mientras tanto, puedes derretir el chocolate semiamargo al ba\u00f1o maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando los pastelitos est\u00e9n listos, sacalos del asador y tirando con cuidado de las tiras de papel horneado, s\u00e1calos de cada molde. Pon los pastelitos en un plato y vierte el chocolate semiamargo por encima. Y ahora coloca encima los trozos de chocolate con menta.
