{"id":730,"date":"2024-06-13T13:29:44","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:29:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=730"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:02","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:02","slug":"hamburguesas-rojas-con-tocino-cebolla-y-champinones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/hamburguesas-rojas-con-tocino-cebolla-y-champinones\/","title":{"rendered":"Hamburguesas Rojas con Tocino, Cebolla y Champi\u00f1ones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 gr. de carne molida de Rib Eye.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. de carne molida de Sirloin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. pan molido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de salsa Maggie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de salsa inglesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de rub rojo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de rub del norte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 panes para hamburguesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aguacate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queso manchego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queso americano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal ahumada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relleno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bc de barra de mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. tocino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cebolla blanca picada finamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 gr. de champi\u00f1ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezclar la carne, salsa maggie, salsa inglesa, rub del norte, sal ahumada, el pan molido y un huevo por cada kilo de carne en un taz\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacer discos o bolitas del tama\u00f1o de su preferencia, espolvorear rub rojo en toda la carne para que quede totalmente roja. Agregar aceite de oliva para que se haga m\u00e1s l\u00edquido y se pueda untar bien el rub por todos lados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalentar el asador a 250 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poner un sart\u00e9n en el carbon, colocar la mantequilla y el tocino cortado en cubos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando el tocino comience a soltar la grasa, colocar la cebolla y cocinar hasta que la cebolla este acitronada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez que la cebolla este acitronada, colocar los champi\u00f1ones y cocinar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez que los champi\u00f1ones est\u00e9n listos, retirar del calor y reservar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar los discos en la parrilla a fuego indirecto 176 \u00b0C por 10 a 15 minutos aproximadamente o hasta alcanzar una temperatura interna de 70-75 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se puede agregar queso manchego y americano en las hamburguesas y se deja en la lumbre hasta que se funda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se calientan los panes en el carbon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se coloca mayonesa con chipotle y mostaza en los panes, opcionalmente se puede poner guacamole o rebanadas de aguacate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se coloca la carne con el queso fundido en el pan, se agrega la mezcla de champi\u00f1ones, cebolla y tocino y se sirve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes Relleno
