Pulpo limpio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc Cebolla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Hojas de laurel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada Sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Aguacate en Rebanadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza Hojas de cilantro fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tortillas de Ma\u00edz al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bc taza Mayonesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Limon (jugo y rayadura).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada Cebolla picada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita Oregano seco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita Paprika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada Jugo Maggy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas Pulpa de chipotle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita Ajo en polvo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salsa Habanero<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 Tomatillos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tomates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Chiles Habaneros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Diente de Ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc Cebolla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepara tu asador para fuego alto directo (232 \u00baC a 288 \u00baC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca el Wok sobre tu asador, agrega la cebolla, las hojas de laurel, la sal y suficiente agua. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n. Agrega el pulpo y coc\u00ednelo 45 minutos. Para saber que el pulpo esta listo, corta de la parte m\u00e1s gruesa uno de los tent\u00e1culos con una cuchara. Enfr\u00eda y reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para la salsa, coloca todos los ingredientes sobre la parrilla y asalos, cuidando que no se quemen. Licualos y sazona al gusto. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para el marinado, mezcla todos los ingredientes. Ba\u00f1a el pulpo con la mezcla y col\u00f3calo sobre el asador a fuego directo, asalo con la tapa cerrada de 5 a 10 minutos por lado hasta que los tent\u00e1culos est\u00e9n dorados. Unta mas marinada cada vez que los voltees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirve los tacos y acomp\u00e1\u00f1alos con la salsa de habanero, rebanadas de aguacate y hojas de
