{"id":738,"date":"2024-06-13T13:35:39","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:35:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=738"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:02","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:02","slug":"choripan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/choripan\/","title":{"rendered":"Choripan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 piezas de chorizo argentino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 piezas de pan baguette.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chimichurri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 manojos de perejil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 chiles de \u00e1rbol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 hojas de laurel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de oregano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de comino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. de vinagre de manzana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 ml. de aceite vegetal o de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picamos muy bien el perejil, el ajo y el chile de \u00e1rbol y los ponemos en un recipiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregamos al recipiente las hojas de laurel, el oregano, el comino, la pimienta y la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregamos al recipiente el vinagre de manzana y el aceite y mezclamos muy bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigeramos la mezcla por al menos 24 hrs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparamos el carbon a temperatura media (176 \u00baC a 232 \u00baC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponemos los chorizos argentinos enteros a fuego directo por 15 a 20 min. Cuidando de dar vuelta frecuentemente para que no se quemen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentamos los panes en el asador para que est\u00e9n bien tostados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando los chorizos est\u00e9n listos y los panes tostados, montamos los chorizos partidos a la mitad en un pan y ba\u00f1amos en salsa de chimichurri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se sirven
