{"id":746,"date":"2024-06-13T13:40:04","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:40:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=746"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:02","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:02","slug":"salmon-flameado-al-cilantro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/salmon-flameado-al-cilantro\/","title":{"rendered":"Salmon Flameado al Cilantro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>750 gr. de Salmon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salsa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 manojo de cilantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 manojo de perejil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 limon amarillo o 1 naranja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd limones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal ahumada y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aderezo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 taza de mayonesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 limon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sriracha al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En el molcajete se mezclan finamente el cilantro, el perejil (en partes iguales), sal ahumada, los ajos, el aceite de oliva y el jugo de limon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sazonar el salmon con rub de la costa de SMP, posteriormente se cubre con la salsa hecha en el molcajete y se colocan unas rodajas de limon amarillo o naranja encima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se coloca el salm\u00f3n en una piedra de sal rosa o una tabla de cocci\u00f3n para ponerlo en el asador. Tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer en el horno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si se hace en el asador se coce por 15 a 20 min a fuego alto indirecto (232 \u00baC a 288 \u00baC). Si se hace en el horno se coce de 20 a 25 min a temperatura alta (280 \u00baC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando llegue a su punto de cocci\u00f3n, se flamea con un caballito de tequila.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aderezo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se coloca en un recipiente la mayonesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se agrega el limon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se incorpora la
