{"id":748,"date":"2024-06-13T13:41:05","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=748"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:01","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:01","slug":"costillas-de-cerdo-orientales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/costillas-de-cerdo-orientales\/","title":{"rendered":"Costillas de Cerdo Orientales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg. de Costillas de cerdo cortadas en tiras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. de sal de mar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebollin finamente picado y semillas de ajonjol\u00ed al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd tasa de salsa de soya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tasa de miel de abeja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tasa de vinagre de arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasa de aceite de ajonjol\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de paprika ahumada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de zacate de limon finamente picado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de jengibre fresco rallado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de hojuelas de chile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de ralladura de naranja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 pizas de ajo finamente picados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sobre una tabla de cocina seca las costillas con toallas de papel, retira los excesos de grasa no deseados, y c\u00f3rtalas en cubos grandes. Las costillas deben quedar bien secas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para la marinada, coloca en un recipiente todos los ingredientes, m\u00e9zclalos bien, excepto la sal y las semillas de ajonjol\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lleva las costillas al recipiente, d\u00e9jalas marinar por dos horas, en refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalienta tu parrilla de gas o carbon, en configuraci\u00f3n de cocci\u00f3n indirecta (aproximadamente 232 \u00baC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira las costillas de la marinada, llevadas a la parrilla para asarlas en indirecto por aproximadamente de 45 a 60 min. Agrega sal al gusto y cierra la tapa del asador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasa la marinada por un colador para retirar los s\u00f3lidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un sart\u00e9n a calor medio, reduce la marinada para lograr que espese un poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando las costillas alcancen los 65 \u00baC de temperatura interna, colocalas sobre la fuente de calor para lograr marcas de la parrilla, hasta lograr al menos 71 \u00baC de temperatura interna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira las costillas de la parrilla, agregales la reducci\u00f3n de la marinada. Decoralas con el cebollin y las semillas de ajonjol\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes Marinado
