{"id":750,"date":"2024-06-13T13:42:30","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:42:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=750"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:01","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:01","slug":"pork-chops-en-adobo-con-ensalada-de-durazno-rostizado-y-salsa-picante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/pork-chops-en-adobo-con-ensalada-de-durazno-rostizado-y-salsa-picante\/","title":{"rendered":"Pork Chops en Adobo con Ensalada de Durazno Rostizado y Salsa Picante"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 pizas de chuletas de cerdo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de pimienta molida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de sal fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de chorizo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de canela en polvo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de semilla de cilantro molida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de chile de \u00e1rbol molido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensalada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pieza de Durazno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pieza de cebolla chalota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de mostaza antigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de cilantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 piezas de lim\u00f3n sutil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salsa Picante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 piezas de chile serrano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cebolla blanca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de cilantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un molcajete se combinan todos los ingredientes del adobo seco. Machaca bien hasta conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Esparce un poco de aceite de oliva sobre las chuletas de cerdo, cubrirlas con el adobo de forma generosa. Dejar reposar dentro del refrigerador al menos por 2 hrs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta el durazno a la mitad y llevalos a la parrilla. Dorar por un lado hasta que est\u00e9n bien caramelizados y posteriormente cortalos en cubos peque\u00f1os. Corta la cebolla chalota en cubos muy finos, coloca en un bowl. Mezcla los ingredientes con cilantro picado fino, mostaza, jugo de lim\u00f3n. Rectifica el sabor y reserva en frio hasta servir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tatema los chiles en la parrilla y reserva tap\u00e1ndolos con pl\u00e1stico, pelar la piel quemada. Si deseas puedes retirar las semillas para que tu salsa no quede tan picante. Corta la cebolla en anillos gruesos, mezcla con sal y aceite. Parrilla la cebolla a fuego alto hasta dorar bien. Lic\u00faa los chiles, la cebolla y el resto de los ingredientes, hasta formar una salsa lisa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta bien tu parrilla para colocar las chuletas a fuego directo por ambos lados, hasta llegar a una temperatura interna de 71 \u00baC. Posteriormente, deja reposar por 5 min. fuera de la parrilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirve la salsa en la base del plato, monta la carne, y un poco de ensalada por todos
