{"id":756,"date":"2024-06-13T13:45:33","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=756"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:01","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:01","slug":"filete-de-res-a-la-mostaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/filete-de-res-a-la-mostaza\/","title":{"rendered":"Filete de Res a la Mostaza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 piezas de filete de red de 2 in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de sal kosher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cucharadita de pimienta negra molida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc taza de chalotas finamente picadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153 taza de vino tinto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153 taza de caldo de carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de crema de leche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de mostaza dijon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de cebollino finamente picado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frote la salsa uniformemente en ambos lados de los filetes de res, luego espolvoree con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar una sart\u00e9n grande y pesada o una sart\u00e9n de hierro fundido a fuego alto hasta que est\u00e9 muy caliente, pero no humeante. A\u00f1ade una cucharada de mantequilla y remueve para cubrir la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dorar el bistec de 3 a 5 minutos por un lado, luego dar la vuelta y cocinar de 3 a 5 minutos m\u00e1s por el otro lado hasta que est\u00e9 a punto. Dar la vuelta s\u00f3lo una vez y retirar los filetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haga una tienda de papel de aluminio sobre el filete de res para que la carne descanse y se mantenga caliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade las chalotas y el ajo a la misma sart\u00e9n que has utilizado para cocinar la carne (sin limpiarla), removiendo durante 30 segundos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierta con cuidado el vino y remueva, raspando los trozos dorados del fondo, durante unos 2 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ada el caldo y ll\u00e9velo a ebullici\u00f3n. Cocer durante 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir la crema y cocinar hasta que la salsa empiece a espesar, de 3 a 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bata la mostaza de Dijon hasta que est\u00e9 suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vuelva a poner los filetes en la sart\u00e9n y cali\u00e9ntelos durante 1 minuto.
