{"id":762,"date":"2024-06-13T13:48:28","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T19:48:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/?p=762"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:08:01","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T22:08:01","slug":"filete-de-res-a-la-pimienta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elritualdelfuego.com\/portal\/2024\/06\/13\/filete-de-res-a-la-pimienta\/","title":{"rendered":"Filete de Res a la Pimienta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 piezas de filete de red de 2 in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be taza de caldo de pollo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc taza de vino shaoxhing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de salsa de soya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre de arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de az\u00facar granulado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de pimienta negra molida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de aceite de sesamo oscuro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de maicena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pieza de pimiento rojo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pieza de pimiento verde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 piezas de cebollas verdes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de ajo picado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de jengibre fresco pelado y picado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coloque los filetes en una tabla de cortar, c\u00fabralos con papel de pl\u00e1stico y golp\u00e9elos con la parte plana de un mazo para ayudar a aplanarlos ligeramente y ablandarlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corte el bistec en tiras de 1\/3 de pulgada de grosor y de unos 5 cm de largo. A\u00f1ade los pimientos y salt\u00e9alos, s\u00f3lo removi\u00e9ndolos de vez en cuando, unos 3 \u00f3 4 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente tiernos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ada las cebollas verdes, el ajo y el jengibre y saltee 1 minuto m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vuelva a batir la mezcla de la salsa y vi\u00e9rtala en la sart\u00e9n. Deje que se cocine hasta que espese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ada el filete cocido.
